Acupuncture
Acupuncture restores balance in the body and mind. Needles as fine as a strand of hair are inserted into specific points to resolve energetic blocks, relieve pain, promote blood circulation and harmonise internal organ systems.
Electro-stimulation acupuncture and scar reduction acupuncture are available. The World Health Organisation recognises over 100 conditions that are effectively treated by acupuncture. Book a free Insight call to enquire about how it may support you, or book an appointment.
Body work
Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxibustion and Massage are adjunctive therapies used in Chinese Medicine. Generally at least one of these practices are included in your Chinese Medicine treatment.
Cupping may relieve tension and pain, aid detoxification and circulation, improve respiratory issues and induce relaxation. If you want relief without acupuncture, book express cupping here.
Gua Sha has been shown to improve immunity and ward off cold and flu. Moxibustion warms and stimulates Yang Qi.

LED Cosmetic Acupuncture
Collagen production through Facial Acupuncture has been found to offer longer-lasting effects than Botox and is a natural, safer alternative. Also Known as Cosmetic Acupuncture, it may improve lines, facial tone, sagging, luster, melasma, dark spots, acne, jaw tension/TMJ, Bell’s palsy and facial paralysis.
Unlike micro-needling, Facial Acupuncture targets the deeper dermis layer where collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycans are found. It stimulates these components, promoting collagen to smooth lines, enhancing elastin synthesis for improved skin firmness and 'bounce,' and boosting glycosaminoglycans to retain moisture. Typically, individuals in good health observe noticeable improvements after just 2-3 sessions, whereas more complex conditions may need a longer course of treatment. The natural collagen cycle takes approximately 28 days to noticeably form. Read more about our LED light mask, and what a treatment includes here.
Ear Candling
Ear candling involves placing a specialised, hollow candle into the ear canal and lighting the opposite end. The warmth and gentle pressure variation draws impurities and earwax out of the ear canal, into the hollow candle.
Ear Candling is deeply relaxing and can alleviate symptoms such as earache, sinus pressure/ sinusitis, pressure headache and tinnitus. Many individuals report a sense of mental clarity and reduced brain fog. High-quality beeswax and bamboo candles are used. Clients are welcome to inspect the debris after treatment.
Supplements
Take the guesswork out of supplementation with practitioner-grade products.
With the adundance of inferior over-the-counter options and known nutrient depletion in our soils, high-quality supplements are crucial. These include probiotics, minerals, and vitamins that support Chinese Medicine treatments by providing essential nutrients often missing from our diets. Supplementation addresses specific deficiencies and restores the gut/vaginal microbiome to improve overall wellness.
